Plus, a speed sensor provides accurate conveyor belt speed data for integration into the system.

Installation is effortless with a simple drop-in operation, requiring just four bolts to secure the MSI in place. Maintenance is minimal, thanks to its sturdy construction and absence of moving parts, necessitating only periodic calibration checks.

The Milltronics MMI Belt Scale takes precision weighing to the next level by combining two or more MSI single idler belt scales in series. Offering high accuracy in-line weighing across various industries, the MMI is a proven solution for demanding applications.

Employing parallelogram-style load cells, the MMI swiftly responds to vertical forces, ensuring precise measurement even with uneven or light loading, short idler spacing, and rapid belt speeds.

Integrated with the Milltronics BW500 integrator (for custody transfer applications), the MMI provides comprehensive monitoring of flow rate, total weight, belt load, and belt speed for bulk solids materials. Additionally, a speed sensor accurately tracks conveyor belt speed for seamless integration.

Installation is straightforward, requiring just eight bolts to secure the MMI in place with existing idler sets attached to the dynamic beam. Like its MSI counterpart, the MMI boasts minimal maintenance requirements, thanks to its robust design and lack of moving parts.
