Returns Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from date of transaction or invoice. If 30 days have transpired since your purchase, Procint will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange on your purchase. Products that are not considered exempt from returns or refunds may incur a re-stocking and processing fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and also must be in the original packaging.

Please contact us at info@procint.com.au for a Return Authority Form, and we will assist you with this process. We will issue you with a Returns Identification Number to reference through-out the Returns and Refund process.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the signed Return Authority Form. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

exempt from returns or refunds

There are several types of goods or products that are exempt from being returned. Customised orders, or goods and/or products made to order cannot be returned. 

refunds

Once your return has been received, inspected and verified you will be contacted via email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed via your nominated method of payment within 14 days of approval.

late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund within the agreed timeframe please contact your bank to verify transactions pending authorisation. If the refund has still failed to process, please contact us at info@procint.com.au and reference your Returns Identification Number.

sale items

Only product listed at full price may be eligible for refund, items marked on sale or offered at discount can not be refunded.

exchanges

Procint will only replace products and/or goods if they are defective or damaged under warranty, via consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Exchanges are not eligible for customised orders, or goods and/or products made to order.

shipping

Procint is not liable for the shipping and freight costs associated with Returns and Refunds. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is authorised, any freight costs incurred by us enabling the return shipping will be deducted from the balance of your refund.

Depending on the customer locality, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.

Procint does not take liability for loss or damage of the goods and/or products during the return shipping process, and recommend that a reputable shipping service with parcel tracking is selected and the customer purchases shipping insurance.
