Benefits
Engineered specifically for clean, dry gases, the Natural Gas Turbine Flow Meter operates by converting gas velocity into the rotational speed of a finely balanced turbine rotor. Each rotor revolution corresponds to a defined gas volume, and with optional temperature and pressure compensation the meter can output corrected (standard) volume regardless of changing process conditions.
Offering high precision, low pressure loss, and excellent repeatability, this meter is well suited to gas distribution networks, fuel-gas measurement, burner control, compressed-air monitoring, and industrial utility systems. Its durable stainless-steel housing, high-quality bearings, and streamlined body design ensure long service life and stable performance even under high-vibration or fluctuating flow conditions.
With wide size availability—from DN20 up to DN400—and multiple output formats including pulse, 4–20 mA, RS-485/Modbus, and HART, the meter integrates easily into modern automation systems. Battery-powered versions support remote installations where external power is limited. Simple installation, reliable operation, and comprehensive compensation capabilities make this meter a cost-effective, high-accuracy solution for natural gas measurement.
