Designed for versatile process conditions, the STLU-G Series Vortex Flo Meter covers a wide operating span: standard temperature ranges from –40 °C up to +250 °C or +350 °C, and extended temperature variants up to +500 °C; standard pressure ratings from ≤2.5 MPa to 4.0 MPa, with high-pressure variants up to 45 MPa. Accuracy for liquids ranges typically from ±0.5 % to ±1.5 % and for gases from ±0.5 % to ±2.5 %.
The STLU-G meters boast large turn-down ratios (standard 8:1–20:1, extendable ≥30:1), and cover minimum liquid velocities as low as 0.21 m/s, and gas velocities as low as 1.98 m/s in extended versions. Their design yields low pressure loss and supports on-site sensor replacement without stopping the flow.
With outputs such as pulse/frequency, 4–20 mA, HART, and RS-485/Modbus alongside optional temperature/pressure compensation, the STLU-G Series is well suited for steam mass flow, gas volume flow under standard conditions, liquids, and large-scale industrial pipelines. Its rugged construction (304/316 stainless steel, IP65/IP67/IP68 protection), no moving parts, and wide compatibility make it ideal for chemical, energy, HVAC, petrochemical and utility applications.
